Don’t really come to Forney much so it’s nice to find a good ramen place to eat. I started out with a whole bottle of sake just to get the staffs reaction and they were super cool. I ordered some sashimi which was mid but the seafood ramen turned out all around it was so delicious and the staff was so nice! Definitely coming back!

Celebrated our 14-year anniversary here and had a lovely time! We started with a Chardonnay and the steamed gyoza which complimented each other nicely. There was a wide variety sushi rolls and types of ramen. If it weren’t so hot outside I’d have tried the ramen, but went with the Oishii fried rice w/chicken instead. Husband got the California roll and the Forget About It roll. Well come back when it’s colder to try the ramen!

This is our go to place to for good food and great service. The people here are always super nice, always very welcoming, and very personable. They are always willing to joke and talk with us and always make sure we are topped up on beer and sake. By far some of the best service out there, they go out of their way to get to know you and greet you like a friend. The food is always delicious, from the appetizers to the ramen, hibachi dinner and sushi, I have yet to have anything I didn't like. I love that I can put extra add-ons to my ramen order. And while the beer and other alcohol selection is a bit small, its all solid choices that go well with the food. And the portions over all are very well sized with plenty of food. The only small complaint I could really think of would be the dining chairs not being the most comfortable for long sitting. But even then thats a really minor thing, and the booths are great. This is absolutely a go to place for those that enjoy Japanese food. 10/10

The people who work here are wonderful . You can tell the owner values their restaurant with the care they put into their service and food. The first time we came here we weren’t that impressed because all the sushi’s were lacking something. We wanted to give them a 2nd chance since we came when it was brand new. We didn’t try the ramen so that’s what we did the 2nd time . The ramen we got were delicious. We ended up ordering some sushi to see if they improved and it surprised us on how much they improved!

First time there and I know I’m going to be a regular. Little to no complaints at all . The restaurant? Pretty as hell to just sit in . Ordered the salmon lover , karage , and miso ramen . Salmon tasted fresh and was very good quality, karage was juicy even after I microwaved them later as left overs , and the ramen was perfect . The server was nice , and an ACTUAL JAPANESE PERSON which makes the place feel a little more authentic and she even gave me free ice cream at the end of my meal on the house My only complaint is it did take kind of a long time for my ramen to show up , BUT after tasting it you honestly just get what you wait for .
